A full kitchenette is available for you to use, with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and mini fridge all available.

Private Patio
The french doors off the lounge open up to your own private courtyard area, which isn't used by anyone else. You get prime view for the sunsets over the valley from this spot!

Continental Breakfast Included
Fresh bread will be available during your stay, along with jams, granola, yogurt, and milk to accompany your tea or coffee. We will contact you prior to arrival for any dietary requirements you may have so we can cater to your needs.

Two Queen-Size Bedrooms
When you book your stay, you are booking 2 two spacious queen bedrooms - we don't rent out each room seperately so you have the whole space to yourself! Each bedroom has sheets & towels provided, so there is no need to bring your own. Unfortunately we cannot provide cots/additional kids beds.

Two Full Bathroom + Amenities
There are two full bathrooms at our stay, each with shower, toilet & basin. Shampoo & body wash will be provided, along with a hairdryer.

Gardens & Pond
You are more than welcome to explore the property and wander around the grounds - we have a lovely pond with a jetti, and a vast lawn area that has vege gardens & fruit trees. If you are lucky, you may even see the lambs, sheep, and alpacas.

Parking Space & Private Entrance
You will have 2 designated carpark spots at the front of the house, which are close to your own private entrance to the accommodation. Should you need room to park an extra car - please ask ahead of your arrival to arrange.

Library, TV, and Wifi
You can pick a book to read from our vast library space that is located in the accommodation, or unwind on the couch watching some TV. Wifi is available for free, and you can log into Netflix on the TV if you wish to watch a movie!
